Key Responsibilities
Manage and support camp
Conduct daily briefings and staff check-ins
Resolve conflicts and ensure team cohesion
Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
Maintain accurate incident and health records
Oversee daily schedules and activity execution
Ensure activities align with camp goals and age-appropriate standards
Coordinate special events, field trips, and guest visits
Maintain attendance records and camper files
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding camper progress or concerns
Assist in budget tracking and supply inventory
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of campgrounds and facilities
Report hazards or repairs needed to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
