Job Description

Job Purpose

:

To oversee and manage the daily operations of a labor camp, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, discipline, and safety of the residents, while coordinating with internal departments for smooth functioning of camp facilities.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise overall camp operations (housing, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) Ensure daily cleaning and hygiene standards are met across all areas (rooms, toilets, kitchen, etc.) Monitor room allocation, camp occupancy, and bed space management Inspect living conditions and report maintenance issues to the concerned team Manage complaints, requests, and conflicts among residents promptly and effectively Maintain proper records of residents, daily headcounts, and movement registers Ensure safety and fire prevention protocols are followed at all times Coordinate with Admin/HR for new arrivals, room arrangements, and transfers Supervise and guide housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance teams Ensure camp rules and regulations are followed by all residents Maintain stock of camp supplies and utilities (bedding, cleaning materials, etc.) Check water tank cleaning schedules, pest control, waste disposal, and generator/DG set functioning Report any unusual behavior, absconders, or security incidents to management Handle vehicle scheduling (if using camp van or light vehicle with UAE DL)

Requirements

:

Minimum 5 years' experience managing labor camps in the UAE Strong supervisory and people management skills Familiar with UAE labor accommodation standards and health & safety practices Proficiency in Hindi and basic English (written & verbal) UAE Driving License (manual/light vehicle) is a strong advantage Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
