Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the operations of our water park while managing a team of lifeguards. The Lifeguard Supervisor cum Water Park Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, efficient day-to-day operations, staff supervision, facility maintenance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lifeguard Supervision:

Oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling of lifeguards and pool attendants.

Ensure lifeguards are fully trained in CPR, first aid, rescue techniques, and emergency procedures.

Conduct regular safety drills and performance evaluations.

Monitor lifeguard vigilance and enforce high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.

2. Water Park Operations:

Manage the overall daily operations of the water park including rides, pools, and attractions.

Ensure all water park facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with local health and safety regulations.

Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for timely repairs and routine checks.

Monitor water quality and ensure regular chemical testing and balance is maintained.

3. Guest Experience & Safety:

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service and prompt issue resolution.

Develop and implement safety and emergency response protocols.

Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies or serious incidents.

4. Administration & Reporting:

Prepare and maintain operational reports including attendance, incidents, maintenance, and staffing.

Manage inventory of safety equipment and park supplies.

Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning for the water park department.

5. Staff Training & Development:

Organize regular training sessions for lifeguards and operational staff.

Promote a team-oriented, service-driven work culture.

Coach and mentor junior staff for performance improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aquatic facility management or similar role.

Certified Lifeguard Instructor preferred (e.g., Red Cross, Ellis & Associates).

Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.

Knowledge of Arabic language will be an advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Knowledge of water treatment systems and safety compliance standards.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work in outdoor conditions, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physically fit to perform rescues and supervise aquatic activities.
