Handle all types of Tawjeeh applications and transactions accurately
Create new users and manage access within the Tawjeeh system
Troubleshoot and resolve customer or system-related issues smoothly and professionally
Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training when necessary
Promote Tawjeeh services to existing and potential clients to grow business
Identify marketing opportunities and strategies to increase the center's reach and visibility
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain client satisfaction
Coordinate with MOL and related authorities when required
Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic
(spoken and written)
Minimum
3+ years of experience
as
Supervisor and/or Marketing Expert
in a
Tawjeeh Center
Strong knowledge of
all Tawjeeh applications and transaction processes
Must know how to
create new users
and manage system functionalities
Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
Customer-service oriented, proactive, and results-driven
Familiarity with labor law updates and ministry regulations is a plus
