Job Title: Labor Accommodation Supervisor

Location: Al quoz

Department: Facilities Management / Administration

Reports To: Manager

Must Have Valid UAE Driving License.

Job Summary:

The Labor Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of labor accommodations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, discipline, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The supervisor acts as a liaison between the management and camp residents, addressing concerns and maintaining a productive and harmonious living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the labor accommodation facility. Monitor daily activities within the accommodation to ensure compliance with camp rules and safety guidelines. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure all services are functioning efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance. Maintain accurate records of room allocation, occupancy, and maintenance requests. Handle employee complaints and resolve issues related to accommodation in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant regulations. Coordinate with HR for new employee check-ins, room allocations, and departures. Manage the inventory of furniture, fixtures, and utilities within the camp. Prepare reports on accommodation status, issues, and maintenance schedules for management. Support emergency evacuation and fire drills as part of safety preparedness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma; additional technical or administrative qualifications are an advantage. Proven experience in labor camp or facility supervision (2 to 4 years preferred). Good understanding of UAE labor accommodation standards and health & safety regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge for recordkeeping and reporting. Ability to communicate in English and Arabic must; knowledge of other languages (Hindi, Urdu, etc.) is a plus. Willingness to stay in or frequently visit accommodation sites as required, salary minimum Aed 3500 - Aed 4500 depend on experience.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
