Job Overview:
We are looking for a
Camp Supervisor
with2-3 years of proven experience
in managing staff accommodations, camp operations, and employee welfare. The ideal candidate should beavailable to join immediately
and have strong experience handling day-to-day camp activities with efficiency and discipline.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the overall operation of the camp, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of
employee check-in and check-out
, room allocation. Coordinate with HR and Admin teams regarding new arrivals, departures, and accommodation assignments. Ensure proper maintenance of camp facilities, utilities, and equipment. Monitor catering, housekeeping, and transport services within the camp. Prepare daily and weekly reports on camp status and occupancy.Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in aconstruction or engineering company
. Ability to manage multicultural employees and maintain discipline. Good record-keeping and reporting abilities (basic computer knowledge preferred). Can join immediately.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,200.00 per month
