We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call centre Agent to join our team in a medical clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to potential clients. You will play a key role in growing our patient base and ensuring that our services are communicated effectively.
Responsibilities:

Patient Outreach
: Contacting potential or existing patients to inform them about medical services, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatments.

Product Knowledge
: Understanding the clinic's services, medical procedures, and treatments to effectively communicate with patients.

Customer Service
: Providing excellent service by answering queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
4.
Data Entry
: Recording patient information, appointment details, and interactions accurately in the clinic's database.
5.
Compliance
: Ensuring all communications adhere to medical regulations and privacy laws.
