Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments in the hospital management system.
Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and payment processing.
Provide accurate information about services, doctors' availability, and procedures.
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient confidentiality as per UAE healthcare regulations.
Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when required.
Keep records updated in the hospital management software
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic
(spoken, reading, and writing) and proficient in English.
Previous experience in
customer service
, preferably in a healthcare setting in the UAE.
Knowledge of
UAE healthcare system and insurance procedures
is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM, or hospital management systems).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
High level of empathy, patience, and cultural awareness.
