QUALIFICATIONS:
ATLEAST 5-YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE IN A CLINIC/HOSPITAL
ENGLISH AND ARABIC SPEAKING
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound/outbounds calls and messages in a courteous and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, operating hours, locations, and medical procedures.
Keep a comprehensive record of all calls and/or conversations in the organization's call center data
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) or scheduling system.
Confirm patient details and ensure proper documentation for all appointments
Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
