Job Title: Call Center Representative - Paramy Poly Clinic (Mirdif, Dubai)
Paramy Poly Clinic in Mirdif, Dubai is hiring a Call Center Representative with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
Respond to WhatsApp messages and inquiries.
Assist clients with appointment bookings and general support.
Working Hours:
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
6 days per week (Sunday off)
Salary:
AED 2,000 per month
Requirements:
Fluent and perfect English communication.
Strong telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge.
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
