We are looking for a professional and compassionate
Call Center Representative
to join our medical clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about clinic services, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients in a polite and professional manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's system.
Provide accurate information about doctors, services, timings, and clinic policies.
Record and update patient details accurately in the system.
Coordinate with reception, nursing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
Follow up on patient inquiries, test results, and feedback when required.
Handle patient complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times in compliance with clinic policies.
Meet performance targets related to call handling, appointment accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a
medical call center or healthcare reception
role.
Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer systems (MS Office, clinic management software).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Work Schedule:
Full-time, with rotational shifts (including weekends or holidays if required).
Location: Jumeirah 3 Dubai
