Provide information on available medical packages and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to meet targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and medical regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center role, specifically in selling services or packages.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to explain medical services and packages in an easily understandable way.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare services is a plus.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or business is a plus.
Experience with CRM software and call center systems.
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
