We are looking for an experienced and friendly Call Center Agent to manage incoming and outgoing calls, client bookings, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and preferably experience in healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about services and promotions.
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback.
Book and manage client appointments using the clinic's CRM/booking system.
Coordinate with reception and treatment staff for scheduling.
Handle basic client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide accurate information about procedures, packages, and pricing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic services, offers, and policies.
Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or front desk role (preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare).
Fluent in English;
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls and manage bookings efficiently.
Proficient in using booking systems, CRMs, or appointment scheduling tools.
Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
