Job Overview
For a multinational client based in Dubai, we are hiring Call Center Agents for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience-preferably within the automotive industry-and be available for immediate joining with a valid own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and support to customers
Maintain call logs and customer records
Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when required
Meet performance and service quality targets
Requirements:
Must have own visa
Immediate joiner
Previous call center experience is required
Automotive industry experience is preferred
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
