. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and target potential clients within the 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, and retail sectors through strategic market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our core services, including delivery manpower outsourcing, rider staffing, and logistics workforce management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and client retention.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their operational needs and demonstrate how our manpower solutions improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure the successful deployment and management of delivery personnel based on client specifications.
Stay informed on logistics industry trends, delivery technology updates, and labor market dynamics to proactively address client needs and market shifts.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's expansion in the 3PL and last-mile delivery sector
. PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualification Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales within logistics, manpower outsourcing, or related industries.
Strong understanding of 3PL operations and workforce requirements.
