We are hiring experienced Sales Manager for one of our clients based in Riyadh, KSA JOB PURPOSE - Warehousing sales, 3PL and Contract logistics The incumbent will be responsible for the extensive sales experience within the freight forwarding industry with good exposure in selling warehousing space. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Product Sales, Marketing and Business development for Warehousing sales, 3PL and Contract logistics sales.
Responsible for achievement of Sales, Revenue & Volume targets assigned.
Ensure a diverse mix of customer base.
Manage sales team and ensure strategic market coverage
CRM - Data accuracy by the sales team & monitoring mechanism for sales review to be in place.
Weekly sales meetings to be conducted & sales to be accompanied for client meetings
Presentations on performance against budgets and way forward to be made periodically.
Coordinate closely with network agents to ensure best rates are provided.
Compile and monitor approved company sales budgets, market share, marketing plans for different Trade Lanes/ Services.
Report on budget performance / variance on a weekly basis
Expansion of the customer spread and new customer creation.
Monitor and analyze the performance with the team and take appropriate actions.
Credit evaluation of customers and ensure collections/ no bad debts.
Drive tele-marketing.
Business promotion with existing customers and implement Sales promotion initiatives.
Input and data analysis in the CRM.
Ensure a minimum of 3 meetings each day & conversion of minimum 1 customer each month.
Service contracts with large customers.
