What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog aligned with market needs and business strategy
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive opportunities
• Define and prioritize features and functionality based on business objectives and technical feasibility
• Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product development
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously enhance the user experience
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales materials
• Establish evaluation metrics to measure effectiveness and business impact of product releases
• Monitor KPIs, business performance, and present updates to senior leadership
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market shifts to identify risks and opportunities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in product management within logistics, e-commerce, or technology industries
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Track record of delivering successful products that align with business strategy
