The Sales Senior Manager will be tasked with overseeing a high-performance sales team and channel partner network. This includes crafting and executing strategic plans that enhance customer engagement and market penetration. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, product development, and support teams to meet monthly and annual business targets while ensuring seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and partner channels to meet revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base
• Manage business performance analytics and present reports to management
• Oversee recruitment, goal setting, and performance coaching of sales staff
• Establish strong client relationships and understand customer needs
• Supervise account management and identify upselling opportunities
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs
• Drive RFP/RFI processes and support technical validation activities
• Attend industry events and cultivate partner relationships
• Conduct competitive market analysis and integrate insights into sales planning
• Track and improve partner performance metrics and compliance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Logistics
• 5-8 years of experience in SaaS sales, logistics, ERP/CRM platforms
• Demonstrated success in managing channel sales in competitive markets
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and client engagement skills
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics industries
• Commercially savvy with a consultative sales approach
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in challenging environments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong leadership with mentoring and people development capabilities
