The Role
Responsible for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzing our Operations KPIs, working very closely with the whole organization, to implement improvement activities to make us more efficient \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading digitalization in Operations and fleet monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2 Increasing synergies between operations departments (service, logistics, fleet management, rental desk) and sales Develop and implement new models to help define: competence mapping of our Service Engineers \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with our operations team across the Middle East region and the divisional team
Requirements
At least 5+ years\' experience in areas related to operations, in Rental or in a service division, either in a Customer Center or in a division Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex project end to end
