Responsibilities:

Spearhead business development to expand market presence regionally.
Oversee operations including firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence codes and international safety standards.
Build strong partnerships with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to create a high-performance safety culture.
Foster innovation in safety solutions and service delivery for a competitive edge.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven ability to drive sales strategies and achieve sustainable business growth.
Strong background in customer engagement, key account management, and relationship building.
Expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
Leadership ability to inspire diverse teams while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
15+ years' experience in Firefighting, Fire Protection Systems, and Safety Solutions.
3+ years in a Senior Manager/Business Head role, preferably in UAE/GCC.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Civil Defence requirements, NFPA codes, and regional regulations.
