Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads in target industries.
Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Promote the agency's recruitment services to potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Prepare proposals and present staffing solutions to clients.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track all sales activities.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant forums.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge of various industries and hiring trends is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
