Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
logistics sales or telesales
Proven track record of
lead generation and successful sales conversions
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Must be an
immediate joiner
Valid UAE driving license
is an advantage (car provided by company)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to present logistics services
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through strong negotiation and follow-up
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service information to prospects
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Keep accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM systems
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
