We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Professional
with proven experience in
lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and driving revenue growth
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the
UAE markets
, with a background in
Staffing, IT Sales, Facility Management, or Event Management
industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across UAE.
Schedule and attend client meetings to present company offerings and tailor solutions to client needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Business Development within UAE or Qatar.
Strong network and understanding of local market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Only candidates with hands-on experience in the UAE markets will be considered.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED120,000.00 per month
