Salary: Up to QAR 8,000 + Attractive Incentives (based on sales performance)
We are looking for a dynamic, bilingual female candidate (Arabic & English-speaking) for a Business Development role in Qatar, focused on contracting and staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing and contracting sectors
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams
Travel for client meetings as required
Requirements:
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong sales and communication skills
Experience in business development, preferably in staffing/HR/contracting
Must be open to travel for business meetings
Presentable, self-driven, and target-oriented
