To strengthen our business in the MENA region, we are seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager Key Accounts. You will be part of the EMEA team, reporting to the Sales Director in Munich (Germany).
Your main responsabilities will be:
Responsibility of identifying modules and component sales opportunities within UAE
Detailed development of underlying business plan in alignment with dedicated Sales Manager and presentation of business opportunity to internal stakeholders
Delivering targeted revenue and margin contributions in alignment with the overall sales activities and strategies
Product portfolio Identifying and developing potential new products in cooperation with local partners especially suitable for the UAE market
Detailed Business plan development and P&L Planning for new products Managing the legal and technical Due Diligence process with the support of the legal and technical team
Closure of supply relationships with Key Accounts, this shall include:
Intensive cultivation of relationships with local Key Accounts and acquisition of new ones
Acquisition of new Key Accounts by locating account\xe2\x80\x99s decision makers and building stable sales relationship
Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer
Coordination with all internal departments to solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account
Closing supply contracts
Ensuring of high customer satisfaction at all times
Representation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand in front of sales accounts
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times
COMPETENCIES
Technically sound on PV systems; knowledge about Strategic Sales/Business Development
Strong organization, planning and management skills
Results driven approach with high commitment and flexibility
Excellent team skills and intercultural skills
LANGUAGES
Fluent Arabic & English
French and any other language will be a plus
LOCATION
UAE - Dubai preferred
Your backpack is filled with
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Key Account Management for PV modules and/or other solar components
Well connected with key EPC and Development players
Proven track record in Product or Business Development Management
Willingness to travel
