Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in the consumer division
Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and customer segments
Prepare and implement annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets
Market Development
Expand market share across pharmacies, retail chains, distributors, and key accounts
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Launch and manage new consumer products in coordination with marketing and operations teams
Sales & Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and promotional plans
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet targets
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams
Support and guide sales teams to achieve revenue and coverage objectives
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all activities comply with UAE regulations and company policies
Prepare regular management reports on sales performance, market expansion, and KPIs
