Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on investments and network growth.
• Lead research on market trends, competitor strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Build and enhance market intelligence capabilities using advanced analytical tools.
• Identify and evaluate potential retail sites using data analytics and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders to secure strategic locations.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and corporate objectives.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, including utilities and infrastructure assessments.
• Prepare detailed feasibility reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support head lease analysis and fund allocation in coordination with the finance team.
• Generate reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC and regulatory requirements in all development activities.
• Identify risks associated with new developments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish KPIs to monitor project performance and implement improvements where needed.
• Foster innovation and adopt best practices in retail network development.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; MBA or Master's in Finance/Economics preferred.
• At least 6 years' experience in investment, project engineering, network development, or real asset development in sectors such as oil and gas retail, utilities, or energy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC Distribution's business and UAE regulations.
• Experience in developing strategic plans for service-based industries.
• Strategic thinker with strong financial and analytical skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CA are preferred.
• UAE driver's license required.
