Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ADNOC Distribution's franchise strategy in alignment with Retail group objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze potential franchise opportunities, target segments, and new markets.
• Prepare and update franchise models, financial projections, and feasibility studies for new and existing franchisees.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise outlets and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational success.
• Identify, assess, and select suitable franchise candidates; negotiate franchise agreement terms aligned with ADNOC standards.
• Oversee the complete franchise development lifecycle including site selection, design, construction, training, launch, and post-opening support.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and provide continuous support, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Ensure franchisees comply with all agreements, policies, operational standards, and brand requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure quality, brand consistency, and customer service excellence.
• Implement and manage a franchise performance evaluation system, providing reports to senior management and franchise partners.
• Develop franchise marketing and communication plans with the corporate marketing team, ensuring alignment with ADNOC's brand identity.
• Support franchisees in executing local marketing initiatives and provide necessary resources and materials.
• Facilitate franchise events, meetings, and forums to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing across the network.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in franchise development and management within retail, oil and gas, or automotive sectors.
• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, franchise laws, and operational standards.
• Skilled in financial analysis, business planning, feasibility studies, and franchise agreements.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with high analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative, innovative, and able to develop strategies that drive network growth.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant franchise management software.
