ADNOC Group is seeking a Venture Development Manager to lead the design, validation, and scaling of next-generation ventures. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and validate 4-8 high-potential venture concepts through market research and feasibility studies.
• Lead venture development from concept stage to MVP, ensuring early commercial traction.
• Establish agile governance, reporting, and delivery processes for venture projects.
• Drive execution of at least 3 MVPs with measurable business impact.
• Align senior stakeholders and enable cross-functional collaboration across ADNOC divisions.
• Apply innovation frameworks such as Lean Startup and Design Thinking in venture development.
• Ensure structured, scalable, and replicable innovation practices.
• Develop business models and financial analysis to validate venture viability.
• Monitor KPIs including number of validated ventures, MVP traction, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivery efficiency.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in venture building, corporate incubation, or innovation leadership.
• Proven track record in platform business models, digital product launches, or startup/VC environments.
• Certifications in Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or corporate innovation frameworks preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and agile project delivery.
