About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Factory & Business Development Manager
to lead ouruniform manufacturing division
. This role combinesfactory management
withbusiness development
, and we are looking for someone who not only understands production but also has thenetwork and track record to bring in major deals
across the UAE and GCC.Key Responsibilities
Secure
large-scale contracts
with government entities, schools, oil & gas companies, hospitality groups, and corporates. Manage and oversee thefactory's daily operations
, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Lead tender submissions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures. Develop strategies forgrowth, market positioning, and new product lines
(corporate wear, PPE, hospitality uniforms). Build and maintain strong client relationships todrive repeat business
.What We're Looking For
7-10+ years' experience
in uniforms, textiles, or apparel manufacturing. Proven ability toclose major contracts
in the UAE/GCC market. Strong industry network with decision-makers in procurement. Expertise in factory management, supply chain, and production. Excellent negotiation and communication skills; Arabic/English bilingual preferred.Why Join Us?
