Business Development Manager - Cleaning & Housekeeping (Soft Services)

Salary:

QAR 10,000/month + Commission + Company Vehicle

About the Role:

Ritaj Facility Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Business Development Manager

to lead and expand our

Cleaning and Housekeeping (Soft Services)

division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Qatar market, strong industry connections, and the ability to professionally represent the company to clients, consultants, and facility owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning, housekeeping, and soft service contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, consultants, and developers. Prepare and deliver professional company presentations and proposals. Lead the bidding and tendering process for both long-term contracts and one-time projects. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities. Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction after securing contracts. Represent Ritaj Facility Management in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum

4-7 years of experience in Business Development

within the

Facility Management / Cleaning / Housekeeping industry

in

Qatar

. Strong understanding of

soft services operations

and the

Qatar FM market

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong client network and proven ability to close deals. Experience working in reputable and established companies in Qatar. Valid

Qatar Driving License

is a must.
