Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client portfolio in the soft services facility management sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic sales planning abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the FM industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in soft services (e.g., cleaning, pest control).
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends.
Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in soft services facility management sales.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Industry certifications (e.g., CFM) are a plus.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
