AED 5,000 - 7,000 per month (based on experience) + performance bonuses
The Role:
You'll be at the frontline of our growth - turning leads into clients and opportunities into revenue. From qualifying inbound leads to executing smart outreach strategies, you'll be the one connecting our services to the businesses that need them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and convert marketing-generated leads into paying clients
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls)
- Pitch Steleo's services and solutions to potential clients with confidence
- Follow up with prospects, set meetings, and prepare basic proposals
- Maintain a sales pipeline and CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition clients smoothly after closing
- Meet monthly sales targets and support revenue growth
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development with an advertising/marketing agency only
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable with cold outreach and sales-driven conversations
- Organized and capable of managing follow-ups and reporting
