Job Summary: Business Development Executive /Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our business development and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Confidently present and promote the company's services to potential clients.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand recognition and generate leads.
Marketing:
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients and opportunities.
Create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our business solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to refine marketing plans.
Manage and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Innovative mindset with a strong track record in marketing and lead generation.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and business development opportunities.
Open to relocation within the GCC region.
