Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to lead our business development and marketing initiatives. This dual-role position blends strategic sales growth with innovative marketing leadership. The ideal candidate is both a relationship builder and a creative thinker, capable of driving revenue, strengthening our market presence, and delivering high-impact campaigns aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support consistent growth.
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Confidently present and promote company services to potential clients.
Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Marketing
Design and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target segments and emerging opportunities.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations and promotional content.
Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into lasting partnerships.
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize strategy.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Track key performance metrics and adjust campaigns for peak effectiveness.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related client-facing role.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools/platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Excellent research skills and a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel as required.
Open to relocation within the GCC
