Job Title: Business Development Executive/ Lead Generator - Events & Exhibitions

Location: Dubai office

Reports to: Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, persuasive, and motivated Lead Generator / Meeting Acquisition Specialist within the Exhibitions and Events Industry to support our senior sales executives in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a refined communication style, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage decision-makers across industries to secure qualified meetings and partnerships.

This role sits at the intersection of research, communication, and relationship-building, ensuring our senior team's calendars are filled with valuable, well-qualified meetings that convert into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct strategic research to identify and qualify new leads across target sectors and geographies. Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce the company's offerings and secure high-value meetings for senior sales executives. Manage CRM systems and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects, contacts, and meeting outcomes. Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all relevant materials and briefing notes are prepared for the sales team. Collaborate closely with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and content. Track and report key metrics, including meeting acquisition rates, lead quality, and conversion outcomes. Maintain a professional, polished brand tone in all external communications, representing the company's values and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B business development (preferably in a high-end or professional services environment). Proven success in reaching out to senior decision-makers and securing qualified meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Comfortable working with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
