Responsibilities of Business Development Executive
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads.
Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, or social media to introduce company services.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions or services.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful deals.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Develop business strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with management to align sales strategies with company goals.
Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and business activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT industry is required
Should be available in Dubai for interview
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
