Events Business Development Executive

Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai

Job Summary:

We're seeking an talaented Events Business Development Executive to drive growth and revenue for our events business. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase event sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored event solutions.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including identifying new markets and opportunities.

- Event Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and deliver unique and memorable events.

- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish relationships with potential clients and partners.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business development strategies.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including event planning, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in events business development, sales, or a related field.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the events industry, including corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective business development plans.

- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving revenue targets and delivering results.
