Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly motivated Business Development Executive

to generate B2B leads, close high-value deals, and drive growth from the

local UAE market

. The ideal candidate understands how to sell IT services to startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and sell custom software development services (Web, Mobile, ERP, CRM, MVPs) Generate leads and conduct in-person meetings across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and GCC Manage the sales pipeline from lead to close with weekly reporting Collaborate with our technical team to propose tailored solutions Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of B2B software or IT services sales (UAE experience preferred) Strong network in Dubai's SME/startup/corporate sector Confident, well-spoken, and fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Own visa or residence visa preferred Immediate joiners will be prioritized Self-driven, no hand-holding, result-oriented

Compensation

Base Salary:

AED 2,500-3,500/month

Commission:

5% of project value
