Business Development Executive - MEP Services (UAE Market)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, grow the sales pipeline, and support the end-to-end bid lifecycle for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services in the UAE. This role requires strong market knowledge, networking skills, and a strategic sales approach to build long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new project opportunities through developers, facility management companies, consultants, and contractors.
Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, preparing technical/commercial proposals, and converting leads to contracts.
Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and tender inquiries in coordination with the pre-sales/estimations team.
Build and nurture client relationships through regular engagement and effective communication.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified leads and client meetings per month
Proposal-to-win conversion rate
Quarterly growth in active sales pipeline and order book
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field)
3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the MEP or construction sector (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-versed in UAE market dynamics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
