The Role

We are seeking a motivated Female Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for generating new clients, managing the sales cycle, and promoting our advanced suite of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through proactive outreach. Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs. Present and sell our services. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Female candidate with 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services or software solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
