Business Development Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :

Min 2 years' Experience in FACILITIES MANAGEMENT and BUILDING MAINTENANCE in UAE. Should know the local market.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.
Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.
Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.
Working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Working toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client's business.
Account planning to develop new business opportunities within client accounts.

Salary : AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
