Key Responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and close

new business opportunities

(outlets, catering, corporate partnerships, franchise deals). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to

maximize revenue and profitability

. Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to drive growth strategies. Own targets and deliver measurable results.
Requirements

Proven experience in

business development / sales

within

restaurants, QSR, casual dining, or hospitality

. Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills. Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with

aggressive targets

. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to

think and act like an owner
