- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
- Follow and achieve department\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Set up meetings with clients, get their needs and interests, and lead against to the next level meeting.
- Convert prospective leads into sales.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Plan marketing activities to improve sales.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and ability to manage Arabic is a plus.
- Must have valid UAE driving licence.
- Salary 3600 + incentive upon sales.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Do you have sales/marketing experience in audio visual industry?
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Sales/business development: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- UAE Driving license (Preferred)
- Dubai (Preferred)
- 75% (Preferred)
