Job Description

Position: Business Development Associate Company: Real Estate Company & Guest Management Platform Salary: Up to AED 6,000 (depending on profile and experience)
Benefits: Annual ticket and medical insurance : We are looking for a hands-on, highly driven individual, who will help:

• Increase the occupancy of rental units in Sharjah using different marketing/sales strategies, including (but not limited to):

• Conducting research on the property market and competitors

• Managing the website

• Posting online listings on property portals and social media

• Creating marketing materials

• Generating leads through word-of-mouth and other sources

• Managing a sales database

• Improve tenant retention by building a strategic relationship with tenants and handling complaints in a timely manner

• Drive the expansion of property management services

• Lead on the technical development and marketing of a guest management project

Requirements:

• Knowledge of property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut and Propspace

• Proficient with website management and social media channels

• Experienced in IT Project Management or UI/UX design

• Strong with Email Correspondence, WhatsApp, and other forms of correspondence

• Well-informed of the real estate market in the UAE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 2 + years' relevant work experience in the real estate sector

• Excellent negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
