One of our key clients is looking to expand their operation in the GCC and they are looking for an Arabic speaking Business Development Associate. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreementUnderstand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clientsCollaborate with marketing manager and consultants to ensure that requirements are metMaintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assignedPossess a strong understanding of recruitment services, our competition in the industry and positioningFollow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitorsRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Fresh graduate of any field or with at least 1 to 2 years of experiencegood understanding of the Gulf region especially KSA marketExcellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting, with strong ability to seek new clientsSuperior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalwilling to do a sales or business development roleAbility to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to clients, in a clear and concise mannerFluent in English and Arabic is a mustMust be willing to travel when neededCandidates based outside UAE are welcome to apply.To view other vacancies we have, please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts - / / /
