We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our law firm! As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market research, promoting the firm\xe2\x80\x99s legal services and building client relationships in order to improve the firm\xe2\x80\x99s clientele. Business Development Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to bring in new clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure they are informed of the progress made
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and dealt with in a timely manner
- Creating proposals and presentation material
- Managing customer relationships
- Handling all social media platforms of the firm
- Ensuring all social media platforms are kept up to date
- Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or Marketing
- Relevant experience in this role working for a law firm
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Proficiency in using all social media platforms
- Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Business Development Associate: 1 year (Required)
