Business Development Associates work together with a senior team member to assist in client outreach and campaign development. This career is demanding and it needs someone who is highly organized with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed. Key responsibilities
Evaluating territory potential and prospecting new accounts
Sparking new relationships through high activity levels, including phone & email outreach
Qualifying leads as sales opportunities
Setting up product/capability demonstrations between prospects and Senior Sales Consultants
Working with Marketing teams to create sales campaigns
Identifying best practices to refine the company\xe2\x80\x99s lead generation playbook
Generating content for LinkedIn, the blog, etc. to fuel client interest
Maintaining effective internal communication
Achieving developmental benchmarks
Requirements Skills / Proficiencies required
Knowledge or interest in international markets and market research
Commercial awareness and self-motivated
Exceptional English & Arabic written, verbal & listening skills
Competitive, enthusiastic and a positive attitude
Goal orientated, target driven and highly organized
Able to work under pressure to produce results
