- Build successful relationships with new and current clients over the phone to ensure we are meeting a client?s financial planning goals.
- Listening and reacting to a clients' needs and requirements.
- Ensure every deVere client receives outstanding service.
- Arranging adviser meetings with clients where required.
- Participating in regular training and development via trainer led sessions and via our #1 in the industry OnDemand Learning and Development Platform.
