Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Business Development Associate in UAE
In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Material testing related services to clients , particularly for supporting Metallurgy testing operations
This position will be based in Abu Dhabi , UAE

Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities early in the sales cycle to ensure maximum share of wallet for Element
- Deliver business development related presentations, negotiate,and close business with nominated accounts, working in coordination with location business development resources
- Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts
- Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients
- High school educated with good communication skills in English
- Willing to get trained on Business Development, Sales / Account Management activities for UAE
- Strong sales skills and computer savvy
- Self-motivated team player ready to work in a diverse multicultural team based in Dubai
- Should hold a driving license valid for UAE
- This position is open for Emirati nationals only
